What it does

Venue Map gives operators a spatial view of what is happening across the venue, including zone load, table state, and where service attention may be needed.

How it works

It combines table, zone, and operational status signals into a floor-oriented view of the venue.

Why it matters

It helps managers and floor staff spot where pressure is building without reading raw lists or reports.

Operational Example

A manager opens Venue Map and immediately sees T2 in the Dining Room needs attention, the Main Bar is constrained, and the Cocktail station is at Critical load—all before a guest complaint is raised.

See Venue Map in your operation.

Walk us through your venue and we'll show how this capability applies to your service flow.

Venue Map is included in the Operations plan and above.
