What it does
CoursePlan tracks the preparation, readiness, pickup, and delivery of each course and uses that progress to coordinate when later courses should enter fulfillment.
How it works
Drinks and starters may be released first while mains remain held. Delivery of the previous course and current fulfillment conditions inform when the next course is released.
Why it matters
It helps prevent mains arriving too early, too late, or on top of the previous course.
Operational Example
Table 7 places drinks and starters first. Once starters are delivered and the kitchen load is assessed, ServOpsAI releases mains into the preparation queue—preventing overlap and ensuring a natural dining pace.
